Uhhhh, I'm full. Nugget and I returned from Mongolian Grill, the grocery store, the Walgreen's, and a nice drive through a neighborhood. I'm full. I also opened a letter from ITT today. It's my grade report from this past quarter, including my cumulative GPA from all howevermany quarters. I managed to keep my 4.0! Yay!

If anyone is interested, the graduation ceremony is at LBJ Auditorium on UT campus at 3:00pm this Saturday. Anyone who wants to come is welcome to, but... uh... I'm only just barely going, and I don't really expect anyone to show up. :) But, if you want to come and need directions or anything, ask. :D

Congratulations Monica!!!! For a sec I thought you typed wedding ceremony. I would go if I lived closer. It's a special time in your life. Are you going to further your education, or is this the end of the road (at least for now), for you?

I have a 3.41 right now. Looks like I'll have enough credits after the Fall.

It's the end... at least for a while. I may go back, somewhere, someday, but for now, I seem to have a marketable skill set, which was the goal of my education, at least for me (I think my parents' goal was a 4-year degree from UT, but... o well).

Yeah, I was looking for jobs earlier. Asked myself that very same question. What marketable skills do I posesss? I really had difficulty coming up with a solid answer.

Anything I learn in class I don't really use at my job. My job requires very little thought. One could argue that working at the supermarket numbs my intelligence. Either I'm doing nothing or a series of highly repetitive tasks. Hmmph

Erk. Well, I'll be there in spirit - in actuality, I'll be driving back from Indiana.

Damn them for scheduling it at an inconvenient time for me! ;)

is your stuff this expensive?

The good thing about mine is I take it in the office, so it's considered an office visit. With insurance, it's $15 a dose (once every two months). Without insurance, it would be over $3,000 every two months - $18,000 a year. Now it's $90 a year.

Oh, but I also have Methotrexate, which you don't have to take with enbrel. That, I believe, is around $15 a bottle (with insurance) and that's every month. Being sick is expensive. Thanks to nice State health insurance plans, it's not too expensive for me.
